Hi All - I just got a recipe book that has lots of references to using 'Pork Mince'.
Now I know I'm a bloke and probably not the smartest guy in a supermarket, but I've never seen pork mince in any Superquinn I've been in. Lamb! Beef! But no pork!!
Any suggestions where I might buy it?

You can certainly get pork mince in Dunnes and Tesco, at least the ones I've been in.

May be a long shot, but try a butchers. They deal in that sort of thing.

Thanks all - I guess the butchers should have been my first port-of-call but when I didn't see it in superquinn, I was slightly scared of going into a butchers and making a fool oy myself in case such a thing didn't exist:(

I regularly use pork mince, any decent butcher has it :-)
