Allotments,how much to charge?

I know somebody who has some land lying fallow.They want to turn it into allotments and rent them out.What would be a reasonable charge for a small plot?

Currently we see plots averaging at approx €300 for 100/120m2.

Yes.
The rental period for a few of allotment sites will run a few days less than the regular 365 days, but on the whole that is your yearly fee at present.
Of course I know of sites charging €500 for a plot and others charging €25.
