Internet explorer problem

When I turn my pc on and start using internet explorer, very frequently the page will freeze. Press "X" has no effect, call up Task Manager and I have to repeatedly press "end task". After a few minutes it will clear and I get a "Send an error report" message. Any ideas. Cheers.

Change from internet exploder to mozilla firefox, best thing you will ever do. :-) internet explorer is totally out of date, its miles behind mozilla firefox and other browsers.
