Naas to Red Cow in the morning

    I'm moving to Naas and need to commute to the IFSC. Can anyone tell me how long it will take to get from Naas (Naas North) to the park and ride at the Red Cow in the morning around 7.45am?

    25-30 mins from the naas north exit on the M7 to the luas p+r.....add on whatever length of time it takes to get from your house to there and thats your answer

    Even quicker than that these days. I make it from Naas North to N2 exit in 30 mins leaving at 7:45. They have now, I hope for good, opened all lanes between Newlands and Red Cow so delays at Newlands should be kept to a minimum.
