Will post offices be open on paddy's day and will post arrive as normal?

    I checked the An Post website and it does not say but I'm expecting it to be closed and for post not to arrive, I'm hoping someone here might correct me...

    P.S - I was not sure which forum to put this in so move if there's a better one.

    Monday isn't a bank holiday - business as normal I would think

    Yes but Tuesday is right, so maybe the post men won't be working and the post offices will be shut?

    post offices will be shut and postmen won't be working. Let them have 1 day anyway!! My dad included!!

    Banks are open on Monday, so I'm guessing post offices are as well

    Will know on Monday though

    we are not working paddy's day

    and we do work saturdays, sorting post just don't deliver...after breaking our necks five days a week and working a half day saturday on rotation, it takes the two days to recover all the injuries sustained over the week to get ready for Monday mornings! But we all love what we do!

    What do you mean? :confused: They do deliver on Saturdays. I get my "Happy Saturday!" €65 cheque on Saturdays. Are you not getting yours?
