Booked flights for my parents to NYC with delta through terminala.co.uk as i got the best flight price for this through cheapflights.ie. Just wondering has anyone any experience of travelling with them?

Received a confirmation email but it says that
"Your booking is pending confirmation. At least one part of your booking has not yet been confirmed by the airline or supplier. Terminal A will look for alternatives for your route and inform you via the phone numbers you have given. "

They seem to charge your CC before the booking is confirmed. Anyone know what this email really means or if it is common? Im a little worried incase its some sort of a scam. Seems to be really bad customer service too.
