Nice car, always liked them and it looks good too. Wish I had more space. Good luck with the sale.

Nice motor. I've been considering 2002's of the same age. I do like the thought of a nice six-cylinder model though :)

    Edit: auto or manual?

I saw an original Irish regd one of these cars in Dublin last year, dark brown i think it was, cant remember the regd, was amazed that there was one left. Used to seem a lot of them about 20 years ago but they must all be recycled by now.:( Now that I think of it, I remember there was big headlines in the Irish media around 1984 about someone who was either the worlds most wanted (possibly on the run) or maybe it was Saddam Hussein and that his wife was in the country and an E3 which she was driving, broke down in the midlands and was towed to a garage. Maybe some here knows what it was about:confused:

......maybe it was Salma Rushdie, the author, who was in hiding because of the book he wrote. The Islamic followers issued a G-Had, death threat, so he went into hiding.

I think it was around that time. Sorry for the vagueness and possible bad spelling !

Good luck with the sale, lovely car indeed !

I fancy a classic convertible or motorcycle, that'd be for a good summer hopefully?
I don't really mind if i get a cash buyer or a swop, a change is as good as a rest.
