where's my toolbar gone? acrobat/adobe reader problem??

    Hi
    I accidentally got rid of all the menu buttons on the toolbar that appears at the top of the page when you open a pdf online by right clicking and unchecking them and for the life of me i don't seem to be able to find a way to get them back

    I can't get them by right clicking anywhere on the page and the page display preferences doesn't seem to have anything either
    this is what i have:

    If anyone knows how I could fix it I'd really appreciate it

    Try Alt+F8, which should Reset Toolbars. You may have accidently pressed F8 which Hides Toolbars.
