    Hey,

I was adjusting the rear derailer today and managed to fray the cable a lot so it'll need to be replaced.

I was looking on CRC and can't see what to order.

If someone could post a direct link, that would be great.

(Doubt it makes that much difference but its for a Trek 1.5 with Sora shifters and Tiagra back mech)

    cheers,
    72oo

EDIT: Was looking in the wrong section of CRC! Found the right page just now.

Got one off CRC in the end, with some bar tape that I'd been meaning to get for a while.

Make sure to get the caps for the end of the cable or else seal it with a bit of solder

Thanks. I've still got the old one off the other cable, going to use that.

Genius idea. Wrestling split ends back into the end cap is not fun.

72 You have to be joking!!. Don't seem to get this type of threads on ctc or cyclechat perhaps board's cycle forum could be sub-divided into different cycling topics.

In fairness the topic title ("Where to order rear shifter cable on-line?") is pretty unambiguous. What were you expecting when you clicked on it?
