Hi all, im 27 yrs old, suffered with skin for 10 years now, some really bad periods and some not so bad periods. Rite now im in between, scalp covered almost completely (and i have dark hair :() and arms have very large patches down to just past the elbows, larges patches on thighs and smaller patches on body, legs etc. Basically undressed i think i look like a join the dots :o
I've read some older forums on the scalp and some of you were trying cider vinegar - has this continued to work? And does it work on the skin itself also?
I was going to try the abbey oils solutions stuff - any use??
Currently im going to a chinese doctor and am drinking green tea, taking herbal tabs, using a cream on skin and its been weeks now and there is a slight improvement ie. redness down a little. I've tried almost everything over the years - lamp treatments 3 days a week in hosp, coaltar shampoos / creams, steroids - doctors know SQUAT!!! Unless i move to a sunny country im screwed.. But would like help on controlling the situation if anyone can help???
Im just DYING to wear short sleeve tops and dresses and feel girly without having ADULTS (never mind kids who dont know any better) coming up to me saying UUUGGGHHHHHHHH wats that??? I swear if i had lepracy i wouldn't get as many comments.........
Anyway, please help me if you can - i'll try ANYTHING!!!!!!!! (to an extent:rolleyes:) thanks so much x x

There's a lady I went to that deals in herbs and getting your system right by eating the right foods etc. I have found her very good, but it takes time for it to clear. You'll notice significant improvements after 3 weeks. It is really a tough diet she puts you on and you have to stay strictly on it. If you dont stick by it is not worth doing, because you wont reap the benefits.

PM me if you want and I can send on her details.
