I am just wondering if somebody says they earn x amount in there take home pay and when you receive there P60 from a discovery order and find there earnings were/are a lot higher throughout the year how will a judge react to that or will it be just glanced over? Thanks.:)

all the paper work relating to JD or D is sworn.

legal system and judges take their paperwork very seriously. depends on how your barrister gets the information across to the judge.

is the difference 100's or 1000's....

trying to pull the wool over a judges eyes cant go well for a person however i think judges look at the big picture and want to see both parties end the marraige with dignity and like to see both walk away with something.

    what does your solicitor say...

I am representing myself. I have been doing a lot of research and attending various flac sessions just to make sure I'm doin everything right and sometimes get them to look at my paper work..

The difference is about 200 a week but its revelent to the incomes and the amount of bills I have to pay.

There Civil Bill is full of incorrect facts also so hopefully that will go in my favour.

Thanks a million for your input.:)

isnt there the option to go in front of the judge at discovery stage to ask for an order of discovery. where one party either ignores the request for discovery or is obviously taking the piss......

fair play for doing it yourself........i wouldnt.........

It's a case of having to, can't afford it.
