If I am a co-signatory on a cheque book can i write a cheque made payable to myself? Note that the cheque would need two signatures.

In my opnion yes you can. No difference between withdrawing from bank in cash and writing a cheque and cashing it.

Yes you can. Make sure both signatories have signed the cheque before you present it for payment.
