I have problem with my washing machine, suddenly all of the small lights went OFF, it looks like there is no electric cuurent in the machine, it was working fine for around two years, filter is clean and the washing powder shelf too, I've been keeping machine in good condition and don't know what to do...
    Thanks for any help :)

Firstly, have you checked the fuse in the plug?

    Hi there

How do you clean the pump in this model?

I have drained out the water at the front, but the red light still comes on.

    Thanks

When you drain the water, clean all the crap that you can get your hands on from the recess. You'll be amazed at what you pull out of there to be honest....This did the trick for me, no more 'clean pump' light.
