www.coeliac.ie is the website of the Coeliac society of Ireland and your best bet...worth mentioning most Irish people are prone to wheat intolerance but if you are coeliac you can't eat any wheat products or you might die. If you are looking for recipe books you are looking for gluten free titles and there are loads around, Tesco and Dunnes stock at least one last time I looked. All the supermarkets have a gluten free section given so many Irish people have this problem or develop it as they get older. If you are wheat intolerant rather than coeliac you should be okay with spelt flower made products which makes for more tasty options, a lot of bakeries make bread from spelt flour now -seemingly Irish people have a problem with the more refined flour which is relatively new to our diet as opposed to spelt flour which has been on the isle forever.

    Hope this helps.
