I'm researching a book about a number of Irish athletes who were active around the early part of the 20th century and was trying to ascertain whether any cigarette cards featuring these athletes were ever issued. The men in question are Tom Hynes (Galway), JJ Daly (Galway and New York) and JJ Joyce (Galway and New York). I've contacted some American dealers, as some of these men also competed there, who have assured me that no American cards were issued. I want to find out if any Irish cards were ever printed. Any help would be greatly appreciated and acknowledged.
