Sky+ Remote code for Bush TV from Argos

    Hi Folks,

    Long time viewer, first time poster!!!

    Heres my problem, i recently moved into a new Apt, got Sky+ and a new 26" Bush TV from Argos (LT26M1CA)! Now i have searched everywhere for the code to programme the sky remote to the TV, but to no avail!
    I triedboth options from the sky manual and from the interactive option but my new TV seems to be some sort of a phantom TV that sky doesnt seem to know about!!!

    PLEASE HELP ME :confused:

    Hey Sam, Thanks for de link, but i tried these codes over the weekend and no luck, is there anyone out there who can help me? i know its a relatively small problem but its driving me insane...

    It will work but not with a bush code, I got mine working, I cannot for the life of me remember what code i used, Possibly an Alba code?

    Hey guys, just an update! I tried all the Bush codes and all the alba codes and still no luck! I even tried contacting bush but they said it was a TV manufactured for argos and to contact them, i tried that and no luck either...any assistance would be extremly welcome!

    I bought the same TV myself a few months ago and went through the same pain. In the end I could not find a code that worked.

    Snaps, I see that you got it working? Can you try the below for us and see if you can get the code from your remote this way? Only works for three digit codes though.

    Well for the 3 digit code, you press:
    Tv.
    Select and RED together for 2 seconds (until the light blinks twice)
    Tv - again
    then 9 9 0
    then press 1 - and count the blinks this will be your first digit
    then press 2 - count the blinks again
    and then press 3 - you should count the blinks and this will give you your three digit code that's stored in your sky remote to control your TV.

    Well Guys, i appreciate all the help thrown my way as above, but i am still no further on, i wish to god someone will soon find a simple solution to this problem as it's breaking my heart ... i know some people will find this petty but its just this sort of thingthat pisses me off!

    did a bit of trial and error attempts at the code for this tv and managed to get it working with 253.

    Thanks very much have been looking for this for weeks 253 is the Sky+ code for a Bush LT26M1CA TV.
