Samsung LCD Problem

Hi All Just looking for advice. This evening was watching the tv and all went black, presumed it was the digital, but after some checking noticed that my tv was flashing red lights on the front. Its a Samsung LE32R82B.... Am i right in thinking its knackered ? :confused::(
