Can you make an ISO image using Imgburn?

Everytime I go to make an image from a disc it creates an .bin & .cue file?

Can it make an ISO file?

After clicking on create image on the 1st screen, if you click the folder icon to the right of where it says destination , does it show save as file type *iso?

Bin and cue is a usable form of disc imaging too though if it's just for backing up discs on the hard drive.
