What kind of eye damage can constant microscope usage incur?

I use a microscope for roughly seven hours a day, pretty much constantly. I'm just wondering what kind of damage to my eyes this can cause? Short term or long term.

If you are just using a light microscope surely the only negative effects over prolonged usage are eye fatigue or eye strain if you should be wearing glasses/contacts.

A correctly set up micro is the key to reducing eye fatigue but i'm sure if you use one for that long everyday, you already know all that! :)
