could do clondalkin, n81, kilbride to sally gap, then could either go straight on through lugalla and left by ballinastoe to enniskerry and back via Johnny Foxes and rathfarnham,
else turn left at the top of sally, down towards glencree but stay left on milatary road, down past the viewing point, hellfire club, out around firhouse again.

I'd do a regular spin from clondalkin, takes about 3 hours.

Check out the route on the link below

Yes -- thats a reasonable route. If you use Sally Gap as the base then there's several routes you can take. e.g. Up The way that goes down and home through enniskerry etc etc. There's a bunch of roads to use around there.

Best thing to do is to come on one of the group spins -- unless the stupid people organise a big big ride -- thats me this week :D
