Hopefully this will be a nice happy constructive thread :-)

What did you think of the standard of reffing in your club matches this year?
Was there a big difference between the refs?

    What were the differences:

    1. Communication
    2. Fitness
    3. Knowledge of the Law etc.
    4. Different aspects of the game. Good at the scrum or useless at the breakdown.
    5. Tolerance for certain things. Did you notice some refs didn't mind the odd bit of dissent whereas other refs were very strict on it?

If you played a different level e.g. some people play a few games at J2 and a few at J4 did you notice much difference?

Also, did you usually think the ref was ok or good when you won and rubbish when you lost :-)
