according to this your brain has already decided.

No dont do it. Its never worth it. The very few times ive done it ive woken up even earlier than id even get up for work, guilt would set in then and try and fall back asleep. Ye cant really leave the house...just in case you meet someone from work and then you have to deal with the "ah are ye feelin better" comments the next day. Nope dont do it!
