Is it just me or are Vodafone down at the moment? It shows up in a network search but my phone reports "No access" on both GSM and 3G.

Yes. Down in The West too. I just called into a Vodafone shop and the guy said it will be down for "between 1 and 5 hours".

I cannot do anything. Turned off and on the phone a while ago to see if it was the phone and no coverage what so ever.

    Then spotted this topic.

Having problems in Galway City also.

    Outgoing calls and texts failing.

Web-Text is working fine and I'm using it to work around the text problem.

fibre break in Sandyford apparently was the issue.

Bad on Vodas part to have something like this happen, would expect they could take breaks like this and have fibres protected and not have such a big nationwide issue, made the news aswell.

Someone will have some explaining to do in the morning!!
