Cheltenham 2010 - Packages?

Hi i'm thinking of giving my parents a gift of going to Cheltenham next year for their 30th wedding anniversary and i was wonderng does anyone know what the dates are for next year and are there any good travel agencies you could recommend that offer good packages (accommodation flights etc.)

I figured this would be the best place to post this since presumably some of you have been to Cheltenham before! If not feel free to move!:)
