    Hi All,

    I've had it with my current accountant. He doesn't return calls or letters. He filed my annual returns late and I have been fined. He won't send me the documents that I need to open a business account despite several requests by phone and in writing.

    So, I am looking for a qualified accountant, preferably in the Kildare area. Someone who is willing to pick up the phone and answer queries etc. I'm not demanding but when you pay good money, you expect a certain level of service.

    My business is IT. I am currently looking to wind down a UK limited company and start trading with a newly formed Irish Limited company (the documents for which I don't yet have). I was late for my UK annual returns (as indicated by letter from HMRC) and need to sort that out.
    I need salary/directors fees sorted for the new company and advise on what expenses I can draw while traveling to UK and working from home.
