Car rental for under 25's

    Hi, does anybody know a car rental company in Cork that will rent to me?
    I am 22 years old and I have my license for one year.
    Any help would be much appreciated

    Do you have your own fully comprehensive insurance? If you do your age doesn't matter as you can transfer your insurance to the rental car for the period in question.

    Some of the car rental companies do offer rentals to under 25s but don't really broadcast it. Ring around and ask the various car rental companies. Irish Car Rentals.com might be worth a shot.

    I don't have my own policy. I have a bike one but that tends to make people less likely to deal with you.

    Dan Dooley almost quadrupled the regular rental price. I suppose thats what I get for not living long enough.

    I'm definitely going to ring around tomorrow......

    give enterprise rent a car a ring in cork, they will rent to you, at normal prices....

    Clancy car rentals were about the only ones i could find.

    Forget the Age thing, some of them want you to have your license over 1 - 3 years :/
