since i was 18 ive allways drank out of a caffetier i do drink instant at times but good coffee is worth spending money on goes well with dark chocky to ....

Around 2 cups for me and have to stop drinking it before 4pm otherwise im a feckin wired loo lah for the evening and end up doing weird things like painting the bathroom or cleanin out presses rather than sleep..me and caffeine are only best buds on a sat nite 1am in the pub after a few red bulls ziiing!!:D:D

Only recently - last 6 weeks have i started to drink coffee after a friend showed me how to make a proper Espresso now i cant get enough of the stuff and have pretty much cut out the tea, my father the tea addict has disowned me.

Limit myself to one or two cups a day, otherwise my brain floats off. Drank about 10 cups in a day once upon a time, had pins and needles in my brain for hours and hours.Couldn't stay still, basically went very weird.

I start out with a grande, venti at lunch and then 4 or 5 cups of cafe creme/latte's from our coffee machine throughout the rest of the day.

i limit my coffee intake severely, only when i'm really flagging and need a jolt...or an espresso after a restaurant meal.
