Open terminal app from menu?

Is it possible? I'm using openbox and urxvt. Basically I want a link to irssi in my openbox menu. I want it to open a terminal and pass the command "irssi", without opening a terminal and then typing "irssi". Is it possible? And seconds later I find the answer: Use the command "urxvt -x irssi"
