Synopsis (from tv.com): House and the team take on the case of Nick, a book editor who loses his inhibitions. The team realizes Nick has frontal lobe inhibition, which causes him to speak his mind having no control over what he says and making him just like House. Meanwhile, House suspects Wilson and Taub are keeping something from him.

Seem to be saying this about a few episodes lately, but - enjoyable if a little unspectacular. I liked the parallels between the patient/wife and House/Wilson. Fairly uneventful though.

... enjoyable if a little unspectacular.
Exactly what I was thinking - not bad but completely forgettable. At the same time it'll be interesting to see what they do with House next and the direction they’re taking him; last week he became the unselfish doctor who’ll suffer so he can help his patients and now he’s reaching out and supporting his friend. Granted hes done a bit of that in the past but these last 2 episodes have had House really looking inward and realising he sometimes has to put others before himself.

I thought it was one of the best episodes in a long time. Some of the dialogue between The patient, Cutty and 13 was great. Classic House material. As for all the crap between Wilson, brother & House - Meh.

I loved this episode; POTW was brilliant, especially with Cuddy and 13, and nice to see Wilson getting a story. Now maybe they will do the same for Cameron and Chase before end of season...
