I was in HMV today as they've got a 4 for €22 offer on at the moment, but noticed they had two different versions of City of Men for sale. One was €12 and was in the new releases section, the other was in the 4 for €22 section. My question is; what is the difference between the two versions? They had different covers, the one in the NR section was a Miramax release I think, the cheaper version was not. Will this mean a difference in quality?

    Thanks

One is the TV show, the other is the feature film of the TV show (just out a few weeks).

Ah. So the one in the 4 for €22 section is just a few episodes of a TV show?

    Thanks for your reply

Might aswell give "Topra de elite" a view too. Its similar to city of god and city of men except told from the perspective of the BOPE (modelled on SWAT, uncorruptable police response unit). Gives us a glimpse of what the police service in rio is like. Completely biased and polarised the city when the movie was release. A roy keane saipan-esque moment. Well worth a watch.
