Fresh 600 Million loans for small Irish businesses

Hi, I heard the EU is deblocking 600 million euro to be landed to small businesses in Ireland. This would be made available through 4-5 banks where small businesses would be able to apply for a business loan. Anyone of you have some additional information about this, I am unable to find the sources? Cheers

Hi,
