I want to put a TV aerial in my loft and was wonedering if anybody could recommend a good one or if there are any good ones? Im in north county Dublin so I assume the signal strenght is ok plus I only want the irish stations. Im trying to avoid the roof as I have no safe way to access it.

Any help would be great. Thanks

I got this one in Maplins on Jervis St about a month ago & fitted it in the attic. I'm using self-installed Sat4Free for all foreign channels.
http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=221124 It was on special at €50, vs €49 for a smaller one. (Its huge!)
I'm probably 7-8 miles from Three Rock & the reception is perfect.
You'd probably get away with a smaller one but I'd rather be sure.

This thread belongs in Terrestrial BTW.

    See the sticky.

The |-||-|-|-| small set top yagi in attic should work. If not it's not expensive and then get a chimney aerial (18 element Yagi) and put it in loft.
