    Villagers perform The Meaning of the Ritual live on Dave Fanning's 11th Hour show tomorrow night (11th March) - 23.20 on RTE 2.

    Easily one of the best bands in Ireland today - this is well worth checking out people.

    I missed this, but they are good. Tommy from berkeley is playing guitar with them/Connor. It makes for some lovely noisesounds.

    It was a great performance. He's a fine songwriter. I was surprised when The Immediate broke up, but to be honest all of the stuff I've heard from Conor so far has been top notch, and indeed head and shoulders above what the Immediate had done. Albeit in a completely different style.

    He's the only Irish act I've ever been blown away by.
