    I have seen a number of posts here about penis size and the usual response is that it isn't important and that girth is moreso. The issue for me is that I'm a fairly skinny guy, all over. What I'm wondering is, if I gain weight, will it help in this regard? If not, are there any excercises I can do? Or finally, is there a better position to better satisfy my partner (hoping that seems as I have seen pointers for the less endowed lengthwise, there may be some help here too).

    Second question is about duration. I used to have stamina (I'm only in my early 20s) but this has dropped off...almost to the extent that any sexual experience is a "quickie". I am aware of a girls feelings so as a result I do make the effort to focus on her during foreplay but the short times can get me down. And then sometimes the interest drops off completely on my side so I can't even do the trick of one fast and then one where I can actually make her happy. Are there any natural remedies, good foods, exercises (exercise in general?) or any tips to help me go for longer or have a quicker turnaround time?

    These things are getting me down and hitting the confidence hard. Would appreciate any help.

    check google if you want but just try different things til you find out what satisfies both of you. there is no substitute for your own experimentation.

    Once you are taking care of 'bidnis' during foreplay i'd imagine that whatever concerns there are about lack of longevity are mostly on your side of things. look up kegel exercises and increase your general fitness.

    As for size, it really doesn't matter. I'd love a bigger one, as I'm sure most blokes would. As for lasting longer, don't go in fully loaded, you'll be less sensitive.

    i would imagine that you are not alone in this particular prediciment! i would suggest eating healthy (loads of veg and fruit) drink plenty of water. stay active! like if running up the stairs winds you, get more excercise! as for duration... as a woman who enjoys sex, i DEMAND (LOL) at least 2 orgasms per session! doesn't have to be as a direct result from a penis! (use your imagination!) your OH will be begging for it more often if she knows she will get a right seeing to! good luck!
