has anyone had experience using sfzed to create soundfonts? i've found a few forums but nothing for the absolute beginner

i have two drum samples and all i want to do is trigger them from the sfz soundfont player

    many thanks

Are you using it as a plugin or standalone?

I'm not sure (coz I'm a Mac user), but there must be several free VST plugins on the PC that will let you drag and drop samples drum machine style.

    i'm using it stand alone

i've sorted it out now by importing an existing soundfont and editing it - seems much easier than starting from scratch

curious to now how it would work as a plugin - i use sfz as a plugin with reaper and it works a treat, can't see any need to use sfzed as a plugin though

    cheers
