PowerBook G4 Keyboard Problem - Help!!!!

I've a PB G4.
Recently the keyboard has been misbehaving. The keys for the number 7, and letters u,j & m intermittently do not work. If one stops working then the rest stop. It's all or nothing with the four keys mentioned. Look at your keyboard and see how the keys I mention line up...... It's a pain in the butt as I have to go to Special Characters to type the letter. As I type this they are working just fine. I downloaded a Widget - Alt Option - and it confirms that these keys are not being recognised.
Any ideas on a fix/solution? It's driving me nuts! I reset the PRAM but no joy. They have just stopped working for that last sentence.....:mad:
