Ok so i've finished what I wanted to do. The krylon looks good, but I didn't have any primer so it chips a bit.

How do you guys think it looks?

I like it, Id pick up some matt finish black paint though and do the rest of the gun. it'll take the shine off the plastic and make it look far more realistic.

Thanks for the tip, any advice to help prevent chipping?

make sure to key it first, a light sandpaper will do the job, then use a suitable primer. it'll be pretty solid then. you could use a matt finish laquer too but i find it turns out better without. I did pretty much the same thing with my FN2000.,:)

What primer did you use as I did sand it first?

i think the primer i used was just an aerosol from halfords, just look for plastic primer. you can get it in clear form or a white/grey colour. the colour one is better imo, you can paint over it more evenly since you can see the layers better.
you can get the sandpaper there too.,

It's good. I like it, but as another poster said, it's probably not much shorter than the AUG 1... Nice colour scheme!

I don't like the black body at all so i'd definitely paint that. The rest looks decent though.

Yeah pretty cool, good job although if it were me I'd swap round the paint scheme, but that's just me;)
