Is it possible to dress smart and sexy for the office without wearing heels? I'm sure the answer is no but please tell me if I'm wrong!!! I'm not a 'heels' girl but really wanna smarten up in work without feeling dowdy. Help!:)

i think so, yeah. then again, depends on your idea of sexy. 'vamp'-like sexiness probably works better in heels but is unlikely to be the kind of sexy you're going for. Cute sexy (the best kind, imho, and more apppropriate for an office scenario) definitely includes flats. Plus hey, doesn't matter how gorgeous the shoes, you fall over on your way striding into a meeting, you're going to look like an idiot and ruin any semblance of professionalism you ever had.

I don't wear heels a lot of the time in work, it can't be done when you're running around the office!

Just get a nice pair of flat pumps, it's worth spending a bit of money on them (I have a lovely black pair from m&s), penneys ones generally don't look that smart and they'll fall apart.

Thanks for the tips! I always find myself looking enviably at girls around town in their stilettos thinking HOW do they wear them all day!!

Im definitely not a 'heel's person either, that seems like wayyyy too much effort!! It's bad enough wearing them for a few hours on a night out nevermind in work!! Plus I have to concentrate on walking when im wearing heels so much that i usually end up doing clumsy things like walking into stuff!! Whoever said women were good at multi-tasking!:o
I got these cute mary jane style shoes in new look, they have a very very low heel so they are easy to walk around in and they're comfortable too!!! I love them because i find when i wear pumps i feel small and stumpy but with these i feel a little more ladylike! :D

ooooOOoooooh, Mary Janes are lovely! And because they're not stilettos, less chance of falling. Hurrah!
