could not find free index pack??

hi all. just since last night i keep getting removed from multi-online games on cod 5 with the message "could not find free index pack" ive looked around but can not find any definative answers.....any help would be great.

i had that problem with cod4
i have the map pack aswell and it only happens with the map pack installed, i was nearly guaranteed to get it at least once a night, deleted the game data and had no problem for months, installed the maps again a few weeks ago and it started happenin again

Yeh since they did the update , it was all going fine until that ( same with COD4 ) .
