Hi all,

Just wondering if any of you have ever done the trip from Geneva to Tignes Les Brevieres. There's a group of 4 of us heading there in late March and we were wondering if it is cheaper to rent a car or to get bus transfers. With the rented car there are added costs of petrol and road tolls, which might add up.

Any tips on getting there cheaply very much appreciated.

Cheapest way is probably to get a train from Genera to Bourg, then a local bus to Tignes. There is a special coach that goes from outside the aiport to all the various resorts and villages on the way to Tignes, but when I got it, it was 60 odd euro, so it's probably more now.

No idea what a car would cost.
