I'm in my mid 20's, have brownish fair hair with a hint of ginger kinda, if I were to grow a full beard it would be ginger more or less. I have kinda stubbly beard and that is gingerish. Was blond until i hit my teens. I wear my hair tight, like 4 blade all over. Anyway, I want to go back to blond(not bleech blond but natural kinda like becham) but dont want to go to hair stylist cause thats ubber gay ;) and stupid for someone with my hair length. Anyone have any DIY suggestions, an off the shelf hair dye that would work. Now I used one before when i was 16 and my hair went friggin ginger. Any ideas would be great and if this isnt the hair styling thread can ya redirect me, cheers.

I would suggest biting the bullet and going to get it done professionally the first time. This way you could see it done properly and ask questions about doing it at home yourself the next time. Obviously, if you tell any of your mates you got it done professionally your life will be over so do it on the QT and tell people you did it yourself ;)

if you dont get it done professionally you run the risk of getting a orange or yellow look.
