Help! is there an easier way to transfer entire album

Help!
When transfering tunes from itunes library to itouch is there any way to transfer an entire album without having to individually check each track.

First view all songs in a list (located on top right). Just left click on the name of the first song on the album, scroll down as far as the last song in sequence that you want, hold Shift on your keyboard and left click on that song, now all the songs in between those 2 will be highlighted in blue. Then right click on any of the selected songs & click on the "Check Selection/ Uncheck Selection" option that appears on the list. Hope this helps.
