    Hi all,

I have just started marriage counselling with my husband as we are having serious issues. Now I have a BIG problem, an ex contacted me through face book and we met - the feelings I had for him are still there and vice versa.

The thing is do I explain in the counselling that I met my ex - nothing happened, we had coffee and chatted for hours. I do love my husband and don't want any secrets - but do have feelings for me ex.

Anyone else feel like this or have this issue

I would suggest unless you wish to leave your husband for this ex that you break contact with the ex for a while. Obviously explain to him that you're going through counselling and that you need some space. Your emotions at the moment will be all over the place, you're having problems with your husband, and you get in contact with an ex where there's no major issues, so naturally you feel drawn to that.

I would leave the ex be for now (doesn't mean you can't be friends in the future, but ex's are usually exs for a reason) and concentrate on your marriage (if that's what you truly want).
