Sourcing Malt Barley

frown.gif I have recently moved from 'kits' to a partial mash brewing (and will eventually move onto full grain recipies) and was wondering where I could source my own malt barley in County Wexford, as I am interested in malting my own grain, to my own specifications. However, I can only find feed barley suppliers in the area.

Any advice would be greatly received.

    Regards,
    Fuzzy

Minch Malt in Athy are the only ones left in Ireland far as I know.
And with last summers brutal harvest I would say very little went as malt...
