Anyone know what's involved in servicing a Prius, is it possibly for a non Toyota dealer or DIY service with them?

Just like any petrol car, normal 90915-YZZJ1 filter and 10W40 oil

Dont go cutting at the big orange cable as that will sting

Perhaps you should consider that servicing a prius could very easily be detrimental to ones health due to the voltage levels and consequential possible current levels involved in the systems.

Main dealer Toyota service isn't that expensive - probably not much more than an indy. For the sake of a full service history is it worth saving 100 or 150 odd euro a year?
