HP Pavillion DV5 - Opinions?

    Hey,

    I am planning on buying this laptop soon. I am just wondering what do you guys here think of it.

    The specs:
    2GHZ Core 2 Duo cpu
    3GB RAM
    350GB HDrive
    512GB Graphics
    15" Screen
    3KG Weight

    My main concern is that it is quiet (no roaring fans or hard drive - this has been a bad problem on my current machine).

    Im not a gamer, the most intensive thing I will use it for is Photoshop but that will not be that often.

    I think the toshiba satellite looks v good too but think the HP is not as bulky + HP have a good rep.

    Also, if I wipe vista an put on xp is my warranty null and void? I dont think you get a vista install disk right?

    Any advice would be great!
