Rent allowance for landlord

    Hi

    Just a quick question I'm hoping someone can help me with.

    I'm currently advertising a house for rent. Some of the potential tenants have asked me if I am accepting rent allowance.

    I have yet to contact the Socail Welfare to ask them this but I was wondering how the rent allowance would work for the landlord, and what would be the implications for me as the owner of the property.

    Hoping someone with experience of this could hep.
