    Hold R2 for about 7 seconds to restart the checkpoint.

    If you hold R2, and don't actually throw the grenade and run into a wall just as it turns red, you glitch into the wall and get like 20 points.

    I forgot to say that it doesn't always work either so you may have to do it 5 or 20 times before it works. :P
