Where to get a whole turkey at this time of the year, in Dublin?

Lidl do self-basting turkeys from time to time for around a tenner. You could also try ordering one from a decent butchers.

Are the lidl ones edible? Or how does anyone add flavour to turkey?

Your butcher will order one in for you. Or coming up to Easter you'll start to see more.
