So what phone are you looking forward to getting in the next while?

There are some great ones on the horizon. Personally I'm having a hard time leaving my iPhone 2g because of the great OS...but I'm thinking of getting either the N97 or Samsung Omnia HD this year....

I can't wait for the N97 tbh. There's a real push on right now for the S60 5th edition os. Plus a big touch screen and a hardware (sliding) qwerty keyboard on symbian is the deal-clincher for me.
The Great thing is that the Omnia runs the same os too, so we should all benefit from competition between nokia and samsung.
P.s. Palm Pre looks to be a nice bit of kit too, but my fat fingers would never adapt to keys like that (or the E series nokias, for that matter. I'm looking at you E71)

I would never really consider samsung competition to nokia. They have made some very mobile phones. Im hoping this will be different for the Omnia, i would like to see some decent competition.

For me it would be the N97 at the mo, the flip action does seem to well built, otherwise it would be destined to fail before it launched.
